Dear Client:

Congratulations! You have graduated from the Lynx Early Psychosis Intervention Program, having reached the next level in your recovery. You are now a member of the Lynx Alumni Program!

As alumni you are now considered an experienced veteran of the Lynx Program, continuing on your path to recovery as such. Reaching the level of Alumni demonstrates that you are recovered and that you will gradually need fewer clinical supports such as regular meetings with your case manager and psychiatrist. Your own care will now be managed by you, your family and community supports including your family doctor.

There will be organized activities, meetings and trips as part of the Alumni program. You will also be invited to trips organized and co-ordinated by the Lynx Program. If you would like to propose an event, like a casual get together please contact the Lynx Alumni co-ordinator with the below contact information.

Together we will continue to celebrate our achievements and go forward into a healthy future.
